About Dr. Stephanie Parrish

Practicing optometry for the last 15 years has been a dream come true for Dr. Stephanie Parrish. Having the opportunity to care for patients in all different venues and having experienced a great deal of success throughout those experiences has provided strong evidence that her efforts are changing lives. Having been recognized at the state level as Minnesota's Young Optometrist of the Year as well as the national level for her work with children, Dr. Parrish openly admits that one of her favorite aspects of her work is found in the relationships that she is able to develop with patients and families over time. 

Dr. Parrish is married to her husband Mike and they are both blessed with four wonderful boys. Between all of the youth sporting events that the family is involved in, the Parrish family makes their faith the priority of their lives. Camping, fishing, and hunting are all past times that Dr. Parrish enjoys with her family. Dr. Parrish believes that Up North Eye Care can be a blessing to the Pillager area communities and she is excited to be able to work and be a blessing to the community.

Dr. Wally Johnson has been a beloved eye doctor at Worthington Eye Clinic in southern Minnesota for over 25 years and has recently moved to the Pillager area to be closer to his kids and grandkids. Having worked with a diverse population of patients, Dr. Wally has acquired a great deal of experience with the medical side of optometry which includes primary care and especially dry eye care.  

Dr. Wally actively practices his Christian faith in all areas of his life and enjoys riding his bike on the Paul Bunyan Trail with his wife Susan and our clinic celebrates his commitment to our wonderful clinic and patients.
